TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ADVENTURE

THE HIGHLANDS EXPEDITIONS

VISAS, PASSPORT, TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION

BOOKING CONDITIONS

ACCIDENT INSURANCE

INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS

TRAINING OF LEADERS

PRICES

Prices are determined according to the expedition and can be treated with the company, international currency like the euro, dollar, pounds, and the national currency. The exchange rate of the contract date with inflation of 4% due to permanent changes.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

Reservations, advance may be made from one year to another with discount 20% of total cost, plus it is scheduled in three parts, with a deposit of 40% of the total payment of the expedition that the clients choose and is as follows:

  • In Peru 03 months before the expedition.
  • In Argentina, Bolivia and the rest of the countries in which delivery dates are already corrected, it will be 04 months before, the payment of the remaining 60%, 100% must be paid one month before the expedit.

REFUNDS

    The company will make refunds in the following manner:
  • inside the 50 days missing – 90% refund of advance payment.
  • Inside the 40 days missing – 60% refund of advance payment.
  • Inside of 30 days missing – 40% refund of advance payment.
  • Within 20 days of missing – 00% refund of advance payment.

Shall be carried out as mentioned above, since the company has made office and expenses payments to suppliers and the company’s servers.

ABOUT TOTAL PAYMENT

The payment will be made through bank deposit, bank transfer or credit card. Once full payment is made, clients are entitled to reimbursement of:

  • within 50 days in advance a refund of 90%
  • inside of 20 days of work prior to issuance, clients will lose the total (100%) of the payment made by the expedition, this is happening, because at that time the company has already received the confirmation of delivery such as hotel services transportation and also office and financial expenses.

CANCELLATION OF TRAVEL AND EXPEDITIONS

The company will cancel their trips and expeditions in the event of natural disasters, the request of the Government and other unexpected incidents, it will be resolved between the customer and the company. Changes of places of expeditions can occur and which may be local, national and international, that must be communicated immediately to customers or to the expedition and suppliers group. It is also possible that we have to cancel your holiday scheme. The operation of all visits depends on a minimum number of persons booking the tour. If that number is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. However, we will not cancel tour of less than 4 weeks before the planned departure date except for reasons of force majeure (as defined below) or failure on his part to pay the deposit and or the final balance sheet, or any other reason beyond our control. Where we cancel your booking that is not in breach of these booking conditions and is not for reasons of force majeure.
